Indoor sessions for under 12 girls are at 6pm to 7pm on Thursday evenings.
Location: Henley college Rotherfield site sports hall. This is at the end of Paradise Lane off Deanfield avenue. On Google maps look for the Springbox Gymnastics pin.
One way system: please enter from the Paradise Road entrance and exit along Pack and Prime lane.
Parents: on arrival it is a great help if you can lend a hand by moving any gym benches to either end of the hall and get the goals out. I need at least one parent to stay throughout the session. They can either stand in the doorway and watch or sit just outside the door.
Kit: usual stick, shin pads and gum shield. Indoor trainers (likely non marking) please leave kit outside or off the floor at either end of the hall.
Rules: no lifting or hitting balls (including slapping and hybrid) unless instructed.
Please arrive in good time as we only have an hour and it would be good to get some time for small matches.
